About QOR3

QOR3 was developed by Lucid Ocean, a software house based on the Isle of Wight (UK).

Portions of the engine, was developed during 2004, as Lucid Ocean's first RSS component. It was simply known as LucidOcean.Xml.RSS. Various developments during 2006 and 2007, gave it more components and features.

Today it is a simple, yet powerful web content management system and it is in use in various forms around the country.
